Creamy Tuscan Chicken

I’ve been on a cooking frenzy so this blog might start looking like a food blog soon.

The Great Indian Butter Chicken

Sunday is my favourite day to cook up something yummy because I'm not starving like I am on a weekday when I am ready to eat an onion from the fridge if need be. Plus, I always make extra on a Sunday so that Monday is just that little bit better.

Brunch: Grounded Coffee Company

I love brunch. You probably know that already. You just need to look at my Instagram to know how many brunches I try to pack into my weekend (the answer is 10). That’s why it’s appropriate that I kick off this section of my blog with brunch; for it is the finest way to start the day.

Why is My Handbag So Heavy?

Every once and a while, I notice my handbag getting a little heavy. I feel like I’m always switching my purse, phone and keys from handbag to handbag because those are the main things you need when you are going out. So then, what is all this other stuff in my bag!

Hair Removal: The Bane of my Life

Hair removal is quite possibly the bane of my life. I’m not trying to be over dramatic but in all honesty, it's time consuming, relentless and when you are living with a man, the situation is even worse. Sure I could just give up and let him see me in all my hairy glory… BUT I DON’T WANT TO! The mess up is, I like being hairless. It makes me feel glamorous but I also enjoy being bitter about it. I like to keep it on my list of “wrongs the world has done to women”.

Guacamole Recipe

It's GUACAMOLE TIME! Which isn’t an actual time of day but it should be because what’s not to love about guacamole. It can be eaten as a dip, on nachos, with eggs in the morning (honestly, try it) or as I like to do, with toast (and egg sometimes) for breakfast.

How Diana Princess of Wales Inspired Little Ol' Me.

I was at the Diana dress exhibition this weekend at Kensington Palace. I thought it would be a nice outing and I would see some lovely dresses (which I did, and I also had some scones), but what I didn’t expect was to be inspired by her; a celebrity who passed away in 1997.

Thank You Note for my Eyebrow Lady

To my lovely eyebrow lady.

Only you understand the importance of my eyebrows. They are on my face after all. My brows would be left to the mercy of my tweezers without you and I would continue down the road of eyebrow mess up and one day take a sharp left onto brow failure avenue.

DIY Tool Kit - Everything You Need to Write Your CV

I’ve been meaning to write this post for a while. I’ve been asked this question a few times and I’ve spent a lot of time myself pouring over my CV, changing it from when I first tried to get a summer job, to a graduate job to an experienced professional role. I’ve used almost every format while applying to jobs and I’ve spoken to a lot of people about it over time too.
