Grilled Curried Lamb Chops with Mint Yogurt

This recipe pretty much cooks itself which is why it's one of my favourites mid-week go-tos.

Lunch Box: Warm Spinach and Chicken Quinoa Salad

Winter months are an odd one for me. All I want is comfort food but at the same time, it can be a) difficult to put that level of comfort into a lunch box and b) comfort breakfast, lunch, and dinner is pushing it a bit.

I can't believe it's 2019 already. Time has really flown by. But I'm excited about the year ahead and about continuing with this blog. Sharing all my recipe ideas with you guys has been a really creative experience from me, everything from the food photography to being able to talk to you guys, wherever you are in the world!

Sausage Pastries with Caramelised Onions and Parmesan

These sausage pastries are super duper easy to make and incredibly tasty. Ok, perhaps parcelling them into little individual pastries takes a little time, but I assure you it's a 0 technique recipe, and it makes the perfect party savoury snack.

Easy Classic Victoria Sponge Cake

There is a lot of cinnamon going around right now which is why it can be nice to take a break and revert to a classic.

Authentic Malaysian Beef Rendang Recipe

Beef Rendang is probably my favourite Malaysian dish. Whenever I'm out and it's on the menu, I am kidding myself that I am considering the other options before I opt for a good ol' rendang.

Low-Carb Smokey Fish Pie with Cauliflower Mash

Homemade creamy fish pie is one of my old favourites. I have made this recipe a million times with a classic mashed potato topping. But, I have had one too many naughty treats recently and decided to give it a go with cauliflower mash.

Avocado Toast with Perfect Poached Eggs Hack

One of my favourite brunching options, when I am out, is a tasty avocado and egg toast. It's a great healthy option packed with good fats. The best avocado and egg toast I've had was probably in New York.  The hotel I stayed at added these lovely seeds which were just delicious. Plus, seeds are so good for you. Bonus!

Healthy Chicken and Chickpea Curry

Curries have a terrible reputation for being unhealthy. I grew up enjoying tasty homemade curries with a health-conscious mum so I never knew why.

Who doesn't enjoy a cheeky Nando's now and then? As far as eating out goes, it's one of the healthier options too.

Garlic and Cherry Tomato Scrambled Eggs

Hey guys. With all my recent brunching adventures I thought it was time to bring my café adventures home with me and give them to you. Plus, I've accepted that the weather is taking a turn for the worse and when it's raining I just don't want to leave my cosy flat - coz, I'm lazy and cold.

My Easy Peasy French Toast

I love to take my time in the morning on a Sunday. It’s the only day when there is no rush to get out the shower, no rush to get dressed, no need for make-up, no need for tidy hair and no need for the gym!

Salted Roast Beef with Stilton

I've been watching Narcos on Netflix recently, yes - that's the one with Columbian drug dealers - and somewhere along the way I have been influenced by the scenes of everyone eating fresh salads and grilled meats (yes, I actually managed to take away health tips from a show about drugs).

No-Bake Malteser Cheesecake

As some of you may know, this last month I have had family visiting, both lovely husband's and mine. So, with family in town, I decided to hold a massive dinner party (very adult of me).

Healthy Banana and Blueberry Breakfast Muffins

My gran is a firm believer in breakfast cake. She thinks it's a good idea to keep a plain sponge cake in your fridge to have with a cup of tea in the morning if you feel like it. It's basically like bread, isn't it?

Summer Sunshine Trifle

Summer in the UK is usually only ever so slightly different to winter. Yes, there is less rain but really I wouldn’t leave the house without a jacket most of the time. Last week, however, London decided it was the Maldives; only in terms of heat though, the Themes didn’t turn into a brilliant blue and I  wasn’t in some breezy villa. I was in my scorching flat!

Nutella Rolo Brownies

I've been teasing a lot of people with pictures of these brownies. I only share pictures mind you, it's not like I would actually share any of these brownies (don't be silly). My sister has demanded I make them for her when I visit, that and a whole array of food she has been spotting on my Instagram. She messages me straight away when she finds something she fancies saying "I'll have some of that".
